St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology Chengannur is a self-financed private college that was founded in the year 2010 by the Government of Kerala.

It is located at Kozhuvalloor P.O, Chengannur Alappuzha Dist, Kerala. The college is approved by the All Idia Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, Government of Kerala, and affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala. It has been accredited by NAAC, NBA, and an ISO 9001:2015 certified institute.
