Panchwati Institute of Engineering & Technology, Meerut was founded in the year 2009  by the Panchwati Education and Social Welfare Trust under the Self Financing Scheme of Govt. of India and is located in the National Capital Region.

This is situated at Ghat Institutional Area N.H.: 58, Delhi-Hardwar By-Pass, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, and chosen 6 Kms from Meerut city on the Delhi-Haridwar bypass to provide a healthy learning environment to the students. The institute also enjoys its close proximity to Ghaziabad, Noida, and Delhi.

PIET, Meerut has an intensive academic environment that brings out the best in the students and motivates them to do their best. It has the professional and finest faculty in the region and provides the best laboratory infrastructure. It also has a well-stocked library with over 5,000 volumes and subscribes to a number of journals
