Institute of Technology Roorkee (ITR) is founded and Administered under the Noble Christian Educational & Religious Trust. ITR was founded in the year 1970 in Uttarakhand.

It is the oldest private self-financed college and is located at 09 Mile Stone, Roorkee-Dehradun Highway, Kishanpur Roorkee, Haridwar (UK).
This college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, Govt. Of India, and is affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun.
