About Us

Indian Institute of Management Rohtak or IIM Rohtak is one of the decent public business school which was set up on 16 November 2009 at Sunaria, Rohtak of the Haryana state as the India’s 8th Indian Institute of Management. It is the first IIM in North India and the only IIM in Haryana state that is being conducted under the guidance by Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh). 

The Institute has own campus which is sprawling in an area of over 200 acres of land nearby township of Sunaria.

Indian Institute of Management Rohtak has been established with aims to deliver acute business education to its aspirants in order to prepare ethical and innovative leaders not only on the nation base but also on the global.

Admission Eligibility 2023

Admission to students in IIM Rohtak for the several programs of the management is conducted on the basis of entrance exam as common Admission Test (CAT Exam). After entrance exam, candidates are short listed according to their performance and then called to appearing for Group discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and written Ability Test (WAT).

Candidates must have minimum 50% scores in Bachelor of Degree for general categories while minimum 45%  scores is mandatory for reserve categories.

Admission to candidates for EPM and EFPM is done based on CAT, GMAT, GRE score.

Apart from these eligibilities, academic performance, work experience, and letter of recommendation are also mandatory.

Placement Records

Institute's placement department cell has a view to deliver high level internship to its candidates which is requirement not only in nation based but also world. Internship for the candidates is conducted every year in summer vacation. Various brand entrepreneurs visit the IIM Rohtak every year with purpose to hire the decent students.
