Grandhi Varalakshmi Venkata Rao Institute of Technology Bhimavaram (GVVRIT) was set up in the year 2008 and is located at GVIT, Vempa Road, Tundurru P.O, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education New Delhi (AICTE) and is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada.

This college offers B.Tech in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, M. Tech in Computer Science, and Diploma in Engineering.

Admission Criteria:
Admission into UG and PG programs of the Institution is based on State level Common entrance test (CET) conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
