About Us

Government Polytechnic Namsai in Arunachal is a government college that was established in the year 2013 located at NH- 52, Knowledge City, Namsai state of the Arunachal Pradesh, India by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.

The institution has begun functioning from the academic with its inception as a Government Polytechnic College with an objective to originate skilled technicians appropriate to the state's human resource requirement by conferring various curriculums in the field of Diploma.

The curriculum of the polytechnic programs has been elevated under the guidelines of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi by the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTR) Kolkata. It is affiliated with the State Council for Technical Education, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh. The Institute is also affiliated with the All India Council of Technical Education.

The college has an objective to impart technical education to the students on the global and national level along with making excellence the students as world-class technicians. The campus of the college is covered with an area of 45 acres of land near Jaipur Village of Namsai District in Arunachal Pradesh.

Courses

Government Polytechnic is offering various curriculums such as Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering in Diploma with the ambition to provide high-quality education to students at the college.

Eligibility

Students must have a minimum educational qualification standard of 10 from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks.

Students who have passed standard 12 from the science stream (PCM/PCB) are also eligible to pursue a Diploma course.

Admission Procedure

Polytechnic Admission is done on the basis of merit through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) which is conducted by the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education Government, Arunachal Pradesh.
