About Us

Government College of Pharmacy, Rohru was founded in the year 2005 that is a public college in Rohru, Distt. Shimla. It is located at Rohru, Rohru-Sungri-Khadrala-Narkanda Rd, Annu, Himachal Pradesh. GCP Rohru is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). It offers a four-year B.Pharmacy course.

This college is affiliated with Himachal Pradesh Technical University (H.P.T.U.), Hamirpur. This college is the first Pharmacy College in the state of Himachal Pradesh which is established in order to impart Technical Education in the area of Pharmacy to aspirants especially those who belong to remote rural areas keeping in view the immense employment scope in various sectors like academics, administration, corporate and Pharmaceutical Industries. 

This college is facilities provides like Vast infrastructure- Academic & Administrative Block, Girl's Hostel, Guest House, Faculty Residences, Auditorium, Machine Room, Central Instrumental Laboratory, Herbal Garden, Language Laboratory, Library, Computer Lab, Bus, Parking, NSS, and Girls and Boys Common Room.
