About Us

Gayatri College of Pharmacy, Sambalpur has been started in the year 1986 with the aim of producing technically trained personnel in the field of Pharmaceutical Technology & to promote Technical Education in general. It is one of the leading educational institutes in India. It is located at Gayatri Vihar, Jamadarpali, Sambalpur, Orissa, India.

GCP had been established by the founder Secretary, Sri Sibnarayan Satpathy, and promoted by the founder Director, Prof. (Dr.) Ashok Kumar Satpathy. Presently it is offering D. Pharma(Diploma in Pharmacy), B.Pharma(Bachelor of Pharmacy), and M. Pharma (Master in Pharmacy) 

The campus of Gayatri College of Pharmacy Sambalpur is spread over 5 acres of green and lush land, which is 6 Km away from the hurdles of the township. This is affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Bhubaneswar, and approved by the All India Council for technical education (AICTE), Govt. of India, and the Pharmacy Council of India(PCI), New Delhi, and Govt. of Orissa.
