About Us

Dream Institute of Technology, Kolkata started its initiative in the year 2006. It is located at Thakurpukur, Samali, B.H Road, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. It is a self-financed private engineering college.

DIT Kolkata is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE New Delhi) and is affiliated with the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT West Bengal).

This college provides courses like B.Tech and M.Tech. The college provides facilities like Digital Classes, a Reprographic center,  Central Computing, Sports/Games, Banking, Health Care, Internet Wifi, Transportation, Cafeteria, Morden Gym, and Hostel.

Eligibility & Admission Procedure:

For B.Tech:
1. Candidate should be passed the High School (10+2) examination of the Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal, or equivalent and have a minimum score of 45% marks.

2. Qualified Joint Entrance Examination conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board / JEE(Main) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education and recommended by the WBJEE Board.
