About Us

Christ Institute of Technology Villianur (CIT) was established in the year 2009 under the Sam Paul Educational Trus. it is a private self-financed college that is located at Ramanathapuram Revenue Village, Villianur Commune, Puducherry.

The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi and is affiliated with Pondicherry University, Pondicherry. CIT offers professional courses like B.Tech and MBA Admission.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission

Candidate should pass the examination of the (10+2) with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate of subjects – Mathematics, Physics, and any one of the following optional subjects: Chemistry / Biotechnology/ Computer Science / Biology (Botany & Zoology) or an examination of any University or Authority recognized by the Executive Council of the Pondicherry University as equivalent thereto.
