About Us

Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Raipur was firmed in 1968 by the Government of India with (UNDP) in Chennai. This is also known as the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET). 

CIPET is situated in the district of Raipur, Chattisgarh.
The aim of this institute is to create manpower in different areas of Plastics, Engineering, and Technology.
