Capital Engineering College Odisha was founded in the year 2010 under sponsored by Bidya Bharati Educational Trust. The College has grown from strength to strength in the last 12 years and progressing toward Excellence in Engineering Education, Research, and Development. It is located at Capital Group of Institution Mahatapalla, Bajapur, Khordha, Odisha.

The college is the approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated with the Biju Pattanaik University of Technology, Odisha.
