Bhutta College of Engineering and Technology Ludhiana was set up in the year 2003. It is a private college that is located at Ludhiana-Rara Sahib Road, Bhutta, Ludhiana.

The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi and is affiliated with Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU), Jalandhar.
