Founded in 2007, Bhimavaram Institute of Engineering and Technology was established by Swaranabharathi Educational Trust. This college is located at Swamy Jnanananda Ashram Road, Pennada, Palakoderu Mandal, W.G. Dist., Andhra Pradesh. The college is spread over 20 acres of scenic landscape and is an ideal place for educational pursuits. It is well connected by road & rail.

This college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE New Delhi) and is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, and the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh.
